Cheesy baked sweet potato🍠

One of the easiest recipe I’ve made, only 3 ingredients needed!😍 it’s not only easy, healthy and also tasty😋

You can also sub sweet potato to taro+purple sweet potato and pumpkin, I think they would have good taste too!🤤 and another tips: PUT MORE CHEESEEEE, I didn’t put much enough🥺

Ingredients:

Sweet potato

Milk

Mozzarella cheese

1. Steam sweet potato

2. Mash sweet potato, add milk then mix well

3. Put mozzarella cheese on top and air fry for 175’C 5mins
