Affordable Pico Laser in TOWN?

Signed up for Pico laser package with them last year when they were just open after seeing the ads online.

However after a few sessions, every single time i visited them they tried to hardsell me which is SOOO ANNOYING.

I already bought a package of 10 sessions, which can last for 10 months for me.. They just keep asking me to resign again?! 😑

i rmb the first time they said was oh the GST is increasing to 9% next year so you can add on somemore package to save costs 🙂‍↕️ that was like less then 3rd session or something when they tried to sell me again zzz

Hence i rly didn’t enjoy going back to the shop for another facial session.. knowing they will try to hardsell me AGAIN N AGAIN… by Using different sales manager each time i visited.

There once i visited the place and the same manager saw me and she saw me didn’t want to sell, as she knows i wont buy. lol saved the hassle.

They Recently upgraded the Pico laser to another new machine, and again the sales manager tried to ask me convert 2 of my sessions from my current package to 1 for the newly “upgraded machine”. She also kept emphasising they upgraded the machine so customers can benefit…

I get that there will be costs due to upgrade of the machines and the opening of TWO more new outlets in Singapore.. No wonder this shop is opening so many branches.. and it’s difficult to get appointments.

I felt that once package is already signed do not ask customer to change as you like, it should be based on the initial package signed. This is so frustrating for old customers.

She kept saying It’s so cheap and i shouldn’t save on this kind of cost.. seems like trying to guilt trip me too. Then she wanted me to buy $1000 package at first, then when i rejected she tried to sell me student package at $600 LOL laoniang persevered and SAID NO and walked out of the shop surviving the war.. lol.. i still have 3 sessions left and she tried to sell 😤 I do not have this of experience in my other facial package, hence i am writing it..

Yes, the package is affordable but you need to face the hard selling almost every session even after you bought the package. Also, did not see visible results too, previous pico machine was painful due to my sensitive face and no numbing cream was used.. n suddenly changed to a non pico machine now.. Sigh. i hope to see better results for the next few sessions and hope they can stop selling again…. to be updated in the next few months 🤔

The shop was clean and experience was pleasant, those helping to cleanse face were not doing sales so they were nicer to chat. But they did try to help the sales manager to push abit too, but in a chitchat manner.. by trying to fish some info out from the casual convo to letting the manager know and then the manager could hardsell by using these points 😩 Felt betrayed LOL but i get they are in the sales line.. no choice.
