If you would have told me back then I’d be here today I wouldn’t have believed you. And it’s not just about looks it’s literally about mindset and overall me as a person / as a whole . The growth has been immaculate ✨

I use to be that girl who hated the way she looked , the girl who constantly wished she was somebody else . The girl who’d scroll endlessly on social media envying others lives because I hated my own . I wasn’t happy with my looks , my body or my life . I complained about everything and made excuses for everything. My mindset was “ I can’t do that “ , “that will never be me “ , “give up “ “why even try” type of mindset.

My problem was I had such a set negative mindset that I was sabotaging myself constantly by even thinking like that in the first place.

We fail to realize that mindset is everything ‘ once we train our thoughts, action follows.

So here are some tips for anyone who’s looking for inspo or motivation to level up your life.

Just remember that the process isn’t easy but it’s well worth it , you owe it to yourself to be the best version of yourself , to be healthier , happier, and in peace with yourself 🫶🏼💗
