[Tips to Save Money]

Flying from KL to Guangzhou is actually quite cheap, and then taking the high-speed train to Changsha (while stopping by Guangzhou for a few days).

🥲Although we chose a longer transit time and stopped in Guangzhou, we found it a bit too rushed.

🏨If you want to save money, there are cheaper accommodation options.

[About Transportation]

We took 4 high-speed trains to Changsha, Zhangjiajie, Furong Town, and Fenghuang Ancient Town. Foreigners can refer to this for how to take the high-speed train: https://bit.ly/44bUnEh

🔻High-speed train reservation: railway 12306 app or https://bit.ly/3nV47lE

We usually use Di Di app, subway🚇, and walking.

#Many people ask if Di Di requires a Chinese phone number

We didn't use a Chinese phone card. We used a Malaysian number that was opened overseas and linked to Di Di through Alipay.

#Recommended to use Amap to take a taxi as it is cheaper

However, Amap's taxi service requires you to buy a Chinese phone card, which you can purchase at the airport.
