My candle business tips!

Recently my niece was inspired by me to start her own candle business and here’s some tips I have shared with her.

Start with at least 2 to 3 products. Offer a standard size candle, mini candle, wax melts or room sprays.

Start with 4-5 scents. I feel this is so easier to keep track of especially when it comes down to inventory. Try to pick scents from the popular scent families. Fruity, floral, spice, woods and gourmand.

Once you have that make a total of 36. This is like the key, it’s a small batch and it helps with practice of pouring, temp control and creating muscle memory.
