Taco Bake

Make one of my family’s favorite dinners with me!

It’s super simple & super fast. I make these on busy nights when the kids are busy with after school activities and we are rushed!

Brown up your desired amount of hamburger. Add in any seasoning. I used salt, onion powder and garlic powder.

Drain your hamburger once cooked fully.

Add one cup of water and your taco seasoning.

In with your taco meat add a can of Rotel diced tomatoes and corn.

Grease a cooking pan.

Add one layer of tortillas then layer your meat mixture and then add cheese on top. I use Mexican shredded cheese.

Repeat layers until your ingredients are used up.

Bake at 350 degrees until heated up throughout.

Once finished I plate with sour cream and homemade picked sweet onions.
