MAKE BIRTH TEA WITH ME! 🍋 32 weeks pregnant

Something I’ve introduced in my third trimester (at the recommendation of my midwife) is red raspberry leaf tea and nettles tea. It’s delicious and I’m hoping my body is soaking up the benefits!

Recipe I’m loving:

- 8 oz of red raspberry leaf tea and nettles tea

- splash of lemonade/limeade

- squeeze of lemon/lime juice
