The BEST Peach Lemonade Recipe 🍑🍋

It has been so hot lately here in Italy and I have been literally OBSESSED with lemonade 🍋

This peach lemonade has quickly become a favourite and tastes incredible whilst sat in the sunshine ☀️

🍑 For the peach syrup 🍑

4 cups peaches - fresh or frozen, chopped

Zest of a Lemon

1 cup lemon juice

2 cups sugar

🌸 Method 🌸

- Combine all in a saucepan.

- Bring to a boil then reduce and simmer for 5 minutes.

- Mash or blend until smooth

- Strain mixture through I fine mesh strainer to remove any lumps.

- Add to a pitcher and pour over 4 cups of cold water.

- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours then serve with ice and lemon slices.
