90 days to a better you?

Actually yes this book has been so healing in giving me a structure to keep myself accountable to the upward spiral. I didn’t really have surplus money for a coach or for therapy so I went all in with community resources from the library, friends, and nature. Grabbed a planner/journal and started holding my adhd brain accountable. As a single mom I’m holding a lot above my head, but I’m working every day towards a more balanced me. I’m doing this for me, because when my cup is fuller I can be a better mom, a better therapist, and a better friend. What ever you’re going through you’re not doing it alone.
