I’m usually the one who whips out an excel sheet before my trip with plans for each day… but I decided to take it chill and easy during my recent short trip to Hong Kong!
If you’re looking for a packed itinerary with famous tourist spots and sightseeing, please skip this - I mainly just ate, walked, shopped (very little), and slept 😅
➡️ DAY 0: ARRIVAL IN HONG KONG
‣ Landed in Hong Kong around 7pm
‣ Took the Airport Express and MTR to hotel at Tsim Sha Tsui (about 1hr)
‣ Checked in at The Perkin Hotel
‣ Dinner at Haidilao, right across the hotel (Kimberley Road)
➡️ DAY 1: MONGKOK
‣ Brunch at Dim Dim Sum
‣ Kam Wah Cafe & Cake Shop (bolo bun, egg tarts & french toast)
‣ Explored markets around Fa Yuen Street
‣ Jenny Bakery (⭐️ must-buy butter cookies!!!)
‣ Yung Kee Roast Goose Restaurant (random pick because it was near our hotel but their roast goose was delicious)
➡️ DAY 2: JORDAN + TSIM SHA TSUI
‣ Lunch at Yat Tung Heen (1 michelin star restaurant, pricey but so worth it! ⭐️)
‣ K11 Art Mall
‣ Lung Fung Mall ( ⭐️ discounted cosmetics & skincare products, multiple outlets around Hong Kong)
‣ Dinner at Pici pasta bar
➡️ DAY 3: CAUSEWAY BAY
‣ Hysan Place
‣ Bakehouse (⭐️ must buy egg tarts!!!!)
‣ Shopping at Causeway Bay area (Brandy Melville, 3 storey Uniqlo, streetwear like Stussy, Carhartt etc.)
‣ Headed back to hotel, flight back to SG that night
