Blonde Brownies

I don’t know about you, but when thinking of ways to save on food…my brain always goes to dinner!

But what about DESSERT?!

What I love about these brownies, all the ingredients are probably something you already have in your pantry & it takes 5 minutes to prep.

Less than 30 minutes to serve ❤️

These blonde brownies are not overly sweet!

✨Ingredients✨

1/2 cup butter melted

1 cup brown sugar

1 large egg beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup flour

Pinch of salt

5 teaspoons sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

✨Directions✨

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grab a 8×8 baking dish w

Add the butter and brown sugar to a medium mixing bowl and stir together

Stir in the beaten egg and vanilla

Stir in the flour and salt until well combined.

(Seems dry, trust the process)

Spread into pan

Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter

Bake for 22-25 minutes

PS. Increase butter to a full stick for more of a “ooey gooey” brownie
