Tonight I had a spontaneous burst of culinary creativity, thus I crafted my own rendition of Cottage Pie, drawing inspiration from the eclectic mix of ingredients lingering in my kitchen.

Though a Cottage Pie should’ve been made using beef, but since minced chicken was all I had…. What do I call this then? Chicken Cottage Pie…? 😅😂 Whatever it is called, it’ll sure will leave you clucking! 😋
