1 yr WEIGHT LOSS | BEFORE & AFTER

I can’t begin to express how my transition from one year ago to now makes me feel. I’m saddened when I look at my previous picture and also a little embarrassed, but this is the product of letting yourself go battling depression battling stress and just not eating healthy, I made a change within a year and you can too!!

I cut out pasta, white rice, white potatoes, going to sleep by 930 exercising five times a week increased my water intake, diminished my stress and removed everything that didn’t align with my goals,peace, and happiness.
