I got into a car accident a Year & 3 months ago. I had to learn how to walk again with a walker learn how to use the bathroom & also learn how to brush my hair. Before my car accident happened I was tone. Working out can save your life! And now I look almost the exact same as I used too. Remind you this is only 3 weeks of back to back workouts and only one day of rest per week! ❤️
