Looking to try some plant based dinner options?

Recently, I found out I was allergic to chicken and red meat along with lots of other foods I used to enjoy. Although this was really sad, it opened up a new world of healthy plant based options for me.

This week I went to Fresh Market which is one of my favorite grocery stores for healthier options. I found lots of new choices from plant based chicken, to veggie burgers and even sweet potato sausage. Now I’m excited to craft some new dishes this week and over the next few weeks! The Fresh Market
