This smoothie is actually sooo good!
Ingredients:
1: Papaya
2: ice
3: bai water of your choice
Make sure you wait until your papaya is ripe!
I use about a quarter of a papaya
Scoop out the papaya seeds with a spoon and use the spoon to scoop out the rest of the fruit.
Fill the rest of the blender with ice
And last use as much bai water as you see fit!
It’s so good! And I’ve heard papaya is supposed to be good for your gut health!
You could add other fruit to this but I’ve been enjoying it just with the papaya as it is a pretty sweet fruit.
