——> I love Blogilates because it’s so easy and helpful. I’ve been using it for years. My favorite feature is definitely the challenges!! She has it set up so that as soon as you start the first day of a challenge it “checks” it off for you and you feel so motivated.

—> I also love how she talks through the workout, it’s distracting but also nice for background noise.

—-> IVE LEARNED A LOT about my form with her! She’s super helpful in wording things to where you know how to place your body and footing to get a quality, precise, correct workout!
