I SWEAR BY: Seasickness Bands

For my fellow motion sickness girlies: these. are. life changing.

I used to take Dramamine rELIGIOUSLY, and if I forgot and had to travel it was absolutely miserable. Cars, trains , planes, boats, even ELEVATORS I get motion sick on, and it can be extremely debilitating!

Dramamine would always make me SO drowsy (even the non-drowsy kind), so I couldn’t exactly take it in the morning before I commuted to work.

I always thought seasickness bands were absolute B.S. — there’s no way a little bracelet could make me feel better than medication, right? WRONG.

These have truly been a lifesaver for me (and for my friends when we did a party cruise together). They’re an inexpensive, sustainable way to reduce or completely eliminate motion sickness.

Make sure to follow the instructions they give you for where to put them — otherwise they won’t work!! But honestly I’m invested in acupressure now.
