Hi everyone, being a #FTM has its rewards and drawbacks. I work from home and I notice how eating out has but a serious dent into my pockets. I said, ohh no. I need to head back to Trader Joe’s to help me curve my outdoor spending daily. Also, the customer service is stellar, team are always there to help navigate the aisles. So here are some items that I purchased that are #glutenfree and guarantee better choices while home. Please note, this doesn’t supplement the bulk shopping I do at #costco or #bjs . Having variety allow me to binge less and reduce time to make poor decision with fast food eating. I even treated myself to beautiful flowers, no that isn’t apart of my diet but self-care.😊Trader Joe's
