1. Abs are made in the kitchen. If your nutrition is right and you’re training hard enough, with a high activity level you’ll have abs. Core workouts are great for strengthening the muscles and stability

2. You need a program specific to you, realistic for you, catered to your fitness level to make progress. The best program is the one u can stick to!

3. Cheat days are awful. You need to eat clean all 7 days of week and incorporate your favorite treats into your nutrition routine. Stop restricting and start getting more disciplined and structured.

4. Light weight won’t build muscle. That toned look you want comes from having muscle and low body fat. Which means you need to lift heavy enough to reach hypertrophy and eat clean, then you’ll be “toned”

5. Cardio is a tool to use alongside weight training and a clean diet. extra cardio won’t get you results faster, there’s no better workout than lifting weights that burns more calories and fat and builds muscle

6. A bunch of anything won’t work. For example you can’t just do a 30 day squat challenge and expect to grow a massive dump truck, you need a targeted program with rest and proper nutrition to get results
