I’ve shared a lot of tips about my fitness journey, but I wanted to share a little timeline of my story!

I’m so happy I’ve had this experience and learned so much along the way, because it enables me to help other women!

It’s important you understand that when someone says, how I did this or that in 3 months, 6 months, a year… that there’s usually a back story or other factors that may not be mentioned!

This growth didn’t just “happen” in 6 months, it’s the result of a lot of trial and error, consistency, muscle memory, and then breaking a plateau at the end!

You see, even though these pictures are incredible different and only 6 months apart — my body was well prepped in advance for this kind of transformation, and I had an incredibly dedicated routine, fitness was almost all I did!

Wherever you are in your journey, be consistent, consider getting a coach for sure, educate yourself and don’t ever give up! 🫶🏼✨⭐️
