Here is the full run down on every thing I drink on a day to day basis!
1. Starting off strong, Alani Energy drinks 🍒
My all time favorite flavor is Cherry Slush and sometimes I’ll go for Juicy Peach! I usually drink these before a workout!
2. A CRAP ton of water 💦
This Stanley gets put to USE 👏🏼 I aim for about a gallon a day. Hydration is so SO important ladies!
3. Oxyshred 💫
This is a fat burner by EHP Labs! It provides a really nice energy boost, has amazing flavor and works really well as an addition to proper nutrition & exercise! Message me if you are interested or have questions about this ;)
4. Intra workout shake 🧂
This is what I drink during my lift. I usually have some sort of natural juice or electrolyte drink diluted with water and I had a pinch of pink salt. This is great for a pump and hydration through your lift, I highly recommend trying this !
5. Green Juice/Smoothies and Matcha 🌱
I love my green juices for extra veggie servings and because they make me feel sooo good! I also am a huge fan of matcha lattes with plank milk ;)
6. Coffeeee ☕️
Big coffee girl over here 🙋🏻♀️ I try to only have one (2 at most) caffeine servings in a day. So on the days that I don’t have an energy drink or a matcha, I enjoy my coffee! My order is usually a cold brew or a latte with plank milk and occasionally some sugar free flavor!
7. Protein shakes 🐮
I will sometimes have a protein shake, again like to only stick to one “processed” protein source per day. So if I don’t use a powder in my oats or have a protein bar, I will have a shake if I’m on the go 🏃🏻♀️my favorites are : Fairlife, EHP labs Oxywhey, and Alani’s
