Transforming my cookie cutter kitchen into a cozy oasis!

In the "before" shot, you’ll see my fairly typical cookie-cutter kitchen often found in newer apartment buildings – sleek and minimalist, but lacking personality.

I personally love to cook and bake so making this room more “me” was important.

Lush green plants and fresh flowers breathe life into the space, with decor accents adding some personality.

The addition of warm wood furniture ties in a more mid century modern vibe, making it more cozy and inviting when I’m having friends or family over (which I love to do!).

The barstools I don’t use a ton on my own, but when I have friends over and I’m making drinks, or making dinner, they love to sit there so we can chat while I’m finishing up!
