My current Sunday routine🛁💛

🖤M & I throughout the day do our best to prioritize deep cleaning , getting in our 10,000 steps in, do something together to connect , spending time outside with Tucker & finish up the laundry left over from the week. Sunday resets / self care are my favorite. If I’m honest it’s always switching up however these are usually staple tasks / things I make sure to get done —

🛁In the A.M.🛁

•Immediately strip the bed

•Put clean sheets on

•light exercise (usually my gym rest day)

•breakfast, coffee , shower , etc

•plan upcoming week

🍷In the P.M🍷

•deep clean space ( we cleaned the kitchen)

•poor myself a glass of wine

•throw on either a hair or face mask

•shower

•cook dinner with M (bit earlier than other days )

•early night in & throw on a movie

•get cozy & relax
