Halloween Ice-Cream Sandwich

Looking for a quick treat this fall? With the holidays coming up I love the themed Pillsbury cookies you can grab at your local grocery store! My friends and I got the Halloween pumpkin themed ones to make some spooky sandwiches while we put on a Halloween movie! They are so goood and super easy to make!

All you need:

Your favorite ice cream: I suggest vanilla

Pillsbury Cookies

Follow the directions behind the cookie box and bake your cookies until your home smells like fall.

Next take two cookies and drop a dollop of ice cream on the center. Add as much or as little as you like.
