I live in a tiny little downtown apartment with my boyfriend, Nick & our dog Nia. Pronounced ny-uh like Niagara! She’s named after Niagara University which is where Nick and I both graduated from!

I am a retired Division 1 swimmer and while I don’t swim any longer, I like to stay active with running, weight training, yoga & walking ✨

I take my health really seriously and have been absolutely loving trying new recipes! Cooking has easily become therapy to me.
