EASY AND AFFORDABLE RECIPE FROM A QUICK TRADER JOE’S TRIP

As intimidating as French toast can seem, it’s not too hard to make and you definitely won’t regret it!!

For every 2-3 slices of bread, crack two eggs, add a nice pour of milk, a spoonful of sugar (and maybe cinnamon), a dash of vanilla and MIX!

I like to let my brioche slices marinate for a few minutes, but it’s up to your preference how long you let it sit. Dip each brioche slice and make sure to flip into both sides before placing into a hot griddle or stove top. French toast cooks quick! Make sure you watch it so it doesn’t burn. Let each brioche slide get nice and golden and brown before plating.

Plate two slices, topped with maple syrup, your favorite in-season fruit, a dash of cinnamon on top and just a smidge of whipped cream on the side! Bon Appetite! 😋
