New HDB Rules Announced! 🏡

Big news, everyone! The government has just announced new HDB rules to help more Singaporeans own a home. 🏠

Key changes include:

Enhanced CPF Housing Grant: More support for first-time home buyers(up to $120k), especially lower-income families.

Tightened loan-to-value (LTV) limits: To cool the resale market. Can loan up to 75% from HDB. (Previously 80%)

Bad news is for New EHG will only applicable from OCT BTO onwards.
