Empanadas de picadillo

Make picadillo empanadas with me on my day off.

Picadillo is another dish that can be cooked in many different ways. Even us Mexicans cook it different from each other.

Measure with your heart. I cook for a family of three so you can double if you want to make more ❤️

1st: I start by cooking the meat and blending the sauce because I can put to the side while prepping everything else.

2nd: I cut my lettuce

3rd: I prep my masa (I used Masienda brand)

4th: prep my oil

5th: fry it and add toppings

Lastly enjoy.

Ingredients you need to make this dish:

Ground beef

Garlic

Pepper

Salt

Cumin

Oregano

Bay leaves

Onion

Tomato

Serrano

Cilantro

Knorrs or your favorite seasoning

Water

Potato

Masa

Oil

Lettuce

Queso fresco & Mexican cream

You can also top it off with your favorite Salsa 🌶️
