SATS Premier Lounge at Changi Terminal 3

Hi friends,

recently I got the chance to visit SATS Premier Lounge before my Taiwan flight and the food was honestly so bomb! A lot of the dishes are curated by their chefs, and the variety provided is rather impressive (in my opinion). Do note that quite a number of their dishes are on the spicier side, not necessarily spicy hot but more like mild spicy - so think like peppery spice or those japanese curry kinds of spice level.

I tried almost everything they had there but did not picture everything. The last 3 pictures show some of the food and drinks provided but I'll try to give a quick rundown and review of what is available :)

🤤 Food:

Assorted vege 🥕 (one spicy and one non spicy)

Rice 🍚 (steamed white rice and tumeric rice i think?)

Japanese curry 🍛

Chicken korma 🍗

Chicken congee 🧂

Mee Sua (with spicy broth) 🍜

Laksa 🌶️

Pesto fish and some other spicy fish dish 🐟

Mashed potatoes 🥔

Assorted pastries (hotdog, danish, and mushroom i think?) 🥐

White bread and wholemeal bread 🍞 (with typical spreads like jam and butter)

Cereal 🥣 (low fat granola, cornflakes and cococrunch)

Salad bar 🥗 (rocket mix i think?, chickpeas, edamame, cherry tomatoes, sesame soba noodles, ham, tuna, bonito flakes and dressings available were sesame, balsamic vinegar and oil)

🍦 Desserts:

Cheng Tng 🫚

Mini cakes 🍰 (as pictured but not 100% sure of the flavours haha! Did try both though and they were yummy)

Fruits 🍎 (we had apples!)

Yoghurt 🫙(as pictured, Emmi brand)

Nuts and crackers 🥜

Gem biscuit! 💎

🫗 Drinks:

Fridge section - SO MUCH TO CHOOSE FROM...I regret not seeing the drinks here earlier!! There were bottled Killiney drinks, Coke Zero, sparkling water, fruit juice etc. They also had beverages in dispensers like fruit infused water, apple and orange juice i think, and full cream milk 🥛

Assorted alcohol and beer 🍺

Premixes (Killiney brand e.g. matcha latte, 2 in 1/3 in 1 coffees) and Tea bags 🍵

Coffee machine! ☕

*They also had powdered chocolate malt and cereal which is how i made my drink in the 3rd picture!

This is as much as I can remember HAHA but the sitting area is very spacious, ranging from dining table style, countertop seating, large sofa seats to smaller personal pod-like seats!
