Servings: some pieces

Prep time & total time: about 15mins

Ingredients:

- 1sheet instant puff pastry

- 2pcs banana

- egg yolk

- grated cheese

Step :

1. Cut I puff pastry into 2 parts.

2. Peel the banana, then place it on the top edge of the puff pastry.

3. Gently roll the puff pastry so that it covers all the bananas.

4. Cut banana that covered with puff pastry into a mini slices.

5. Brush the egg yolk on the surface of the banana puff pastry. Then sprinkle grated cheese on top.

6. Air frying in 200c for 12mins.
