While Taormina town is a bustling tourist spot, my stay at an Airbnb overlooking Isola Bella beach was the real highlight of the trip. If you want to escape the crowds and find your own piece of paradise, staying down by the beach is a game-changer.

🏖 Private Rocky Beach: The Airbnb came with its own secluded beach near a stunning sea cave. While tour boats frequent the grotto throughout the day, it’s best to go for an early morning swim when you have the place to yourself.

🌅 Taormina Town: If you’re expecting a “White Lotus” experience, think again! The town was packed with tourists, a bit like Venice, so I highly recommend staying closer to the beach for a more peaceful vibe.
