HOW TO CREATE VISION BOARD⁉️

Here are some tips on how to create a vision board for 2023:

1. Write down a list of your goals and dreams for the year, and then order them from most important to least.

2. Decide what the most important thing is on your list, and put it at the top of your vision board, surrounded by smaller items that support that goal or allow you to work toward it.

3. Next, take a look at all the items on your list and pick out two or three that you think would be most helpful when achieving your main goal(s). Put those in the middle of your vision board in a way that they reinforce each other (for example, if one item is a journaling practice, try using an old-fashioned yellow post-it note and write "journaling" across it).

4. Finally, write down what you want to achieve with this vision board—the exact steps you're going to take each day to achieve it—in as much detail as possible! This will give you a sense of accountability, which can help keep you on track while also making sure you have time left over for other things in life (like eating dinner!).
