I’m 21 but I’m an old soul. I visit a TCM massage clinic (almost) once a week for various benefits such as improving blood circulation, relieving pain and aches, and reducing stress and tension in my body. In a way, it also helps with my insomnia, joint misalignment, and neck stiffness. (Yes, I have quite a few issues for a 21-year-old.) 😭

This is THE place to go if you're looking for late-night massage services that stay open late. I paid $80 for a 60-minute tuina package, which included Chinese medicated oil, 60 minutes of massotherapy, and cupping/gua-sha. The fire cupping really helped remove excess FLUIDS and TOXINS. The TCM physician was also incredibly accommodating. I had a severe migraine, and she even provided a head massage 💆🏻‍♀️ to alleviate the pain.

2️⃣ SHEN NONG TCM | Shen Nong TCM

I want to gatekeep this place so bad… It’s my go-to massage place after work. They offer an excellent massage at a reasonable price. There's no hard selling; they truly know what they're doing and are very skilled. I experienced INSTANT RELIEF from my pain and aches 🫡 I paid $86 for the massage.

Another hidden gem that's underrated—despite having only five Google reviews. The clinic might not be the fanciest, but their skills are top-notch. I feel much more relaxed after each session. I paid $40 for a leg (and back) massage!
