SECRET HACK To Get Rid Of Your Neck Lines 🥵

I know there are many people who don't have that noticeable "tech neck," but I do 🥲 — and it's definitely one of my biggest insecurities.

Here are the common causes of neck lines or wrinkles:

1. Prolonged periods of screen time

Here’s what I do to improve the look of the neck lines or wrinkles:

1️⃣ HYDRATE YOUR SKIN & USE SUNSCREEN

For the longest time, I've been applying moisturizer and sunscreen on my face, but I failed to apply them on my neck. Don't be like me. It is important to apply them on your neck so that the skin on your neck is less prone to fine lines, deep wrinkles, and the dreaded neck tech lines.

2️⃣ REPOSITION YOUR SCREEN SET-UP

My work essentially revolves around the screen, and even when I'm not working, I'm surfing the internet for entertainment purposes. And that's bad, especially when I have the habit of scrolling on my phone while lying on my bed. Be mindful of the position of your neck!

3️⃣ USE A NECK MASK + GUA SHA TOOL

I found this gem, OUHUAJI NECK MASK, on Xiaohongshu, and OMG, it helps reduce neck lines 💯 It's kind of pricey, so I only use two sheets per week! I don’t have a BEFORE & AFTER photo for comparison but I did notice a visible difference! Sometimes I like to use a ceramic gua sha to apply soft, upward motions to improve the look of the lines.
