My weight loss journey!✌️

Today I’m happy to share about my weight loss journey and also giving some tips on journey!

*Disclaimer* I’ve tried it myself and of course I would like to help others that needs help in their health and life.

Of course I did tried it myself before I share anything because I’m also very skeptical about this as well is definitely seeing some results then I decided to share.

Before the program, I was 55.8KG almost going to hit 60KG soon and I was really conscious about it and also I’m gonna be a BTB soon of cos I would really wanna loose as much weight as possible before the wedding day.

I do go for BFTs quite often 3 times a week at least but of cos is really just exercising but hard to loose weight!

Till now I’m almost 2 months into the 90 day program and I really very thankful to have been introduced to this program.

I’ve been eating healthily and also to portion out my meals properly too! I feel more energetic and most importantly healthier and also I lost weight! It haven reached my ideal weight yet but right now I lost about 1.5KG more to come!
