IG worthy flower farm that you can’t miss 🌸🌼

Since you guys have been liking my Taiwan itinerary recommendations so much, here’s another spot you can’t miss! 😌

🌼 Zhongshe Flower Market is a big flower market & popular photography spot featuring landscaped garden beds with colorful blooms. Located a short drive from central Taichung, a variety of colourful blooms are set among beautiful water features, musical instruments, flower arches and life size photo frames. 🖼️

📍 We took the TRA train from Taichung Main Station to Tai’an Station (~40 mins) before waiting for bus 888 and take a short 3 mins drive to the flower market. 🚌

‼️ Do take note that the bus only operates every 4h so you can either flag a taxi to go back to the station from the flower market, which we did and costed us about S$10 in total. Otherwise, you can walk 23 mins back to the market, but it was so hot we couldn’t do it… 🥵

👉🏻 What I love about Zhongshe Flower Market:

💐 Many different colours of flowers blooming brightly, which makes for great picture spots!

🪴 Cheap plants sold here too, for as low as S$2 for a small cactus

🎹 Props like coloured pianos, windmills, swings and picture frames for you to use when taking your photos! 📸

⛲️ Place was big enough and it wasn’t very crowded so your pics won’t turn out to be filled with photobombs 🤣

🍖 Grab a bbq lunch there and you can get your tickets discounted! We didn’t try as it was too hot and smoky for us…
