I always see queues at Takashimaya Food Hall and that day I decided to join one to check out the hype. TLDR: It’s worth the queue! 👍🏻

👉🏻 Mini One by DONQ Boulangerie is known for their mini mochi cakes and mini bakes. Originated from Japan, this is the first outlet in Singapore selling bite-sized bread; butter croissant, chocolate croissant, cheese cake and imo-mochi. 🤤

🫣 Even until today, there’s always a long queue during the weekends and I can see why. We bought the best seller strawberry and white choco mochis, mini cheese cakes, mini cream puff and the mini choco croissants. 🥐

My top picks would be:

1️⃣ Chocolate croissants ($2.80/100g)

- So good when eaten hot! It’s the flaky kind but inside was so buttery and sweet 😋

2️⃣ Cream puff ($3.60/100g)

- The puff was generously filled with cream and it’s a light yet smooth filling which was not too sweet

3️⃣ Cheese cakes ($3.60/100g)

- Not usually a fan of cheese cakes but this bite sized cake hits different… I love that it’s not too dry or cheesy and is very easy to eat!

❌ The strawberry mochis were actually quite disappointing despite being their best seller… It was dry and hard though we ate it warm and wasn’t what we imagined at all 🤨
