Finding the balance of being a working mama and prioritizing my health and fitness goals has been very tough (if you feel like you’re struggling, I’m right there with ya sister!) one thing I’ve found helps is to be extremely organized and to make my workouts as efficient as possible. What I find works well for me is a 5 minute warmup and 30 minute workout. Working out at home has also been my jam lately, cutting out the commute to and from the gym just allows me more time with my baby. As I continue to build my home gym I am hoping to continue progressing my workouts to be more diverse!
