conchas: my all time fav snack✨

i grew up w conchas & was OBSESSED

i love love love having these in the morning w my cafecito 😙

i’ve spent a lot of time & effort trying to make the perfect concha… & a lot of those times i failed 😂

i’ve finally got down a pretty solid recipe where the conchas come out so soft & tender!!!

i will say, this takes a lot of patience & practice but is so worth it :)

the recipe is written in my book, soooo don’t mind my handwriting & abbreviations lol
