I don’t track macros or calories so I can’t tell you exactly how many calories and how much protein, fats, and carbs are in this but I just wanted to share a general idea of how much food and the kinds of food I eat.
I usually eat 3-4 light meals a day. I aim for a lot of volume, low calorie, and high protein foods so that I feel like I’m eating a lot and it keeps me full and satisfied all day. Lots of veggies and protein, with minimal processed carbs. Basically all my carbs come from fruit, veggies, and honey.
Psa: this is not what my diet looks like every single day. Some days I eat more, and sometimes I eat less it just depends on my plans and how hungry I am. Most importantly I listen to my body and eat when and what I want (within reason).
