ANIMAL BASED MEAL IDEAS

I’ve been asked if animal based gets “boring” and although it may seem like it because you are pretty much just eating the same foods over and over again… I can tell you no it does not get boring. It can’t get boring when it tastes soo good. I don’t crave my favorite fast foods like canes or chick fil an anymore… I crave a steak and potatoes.

Plus there are still many good combinations of foods for different meals you can make. These are some of my favorites that I make on the daily and the weekly. It hasn’t bothered me that there isn’t that many “recipes” you can make.

The only thing that I miss eating really is rice and pasta. But adding in potatoes and sweet potatoes has made it a lot easier. I cook them in the air fryer and with the right seasoning they are sooo good paired with almost any meat and veggies.
