1. Allowing myself to take rest days. Don’t get me wrong I still take rest days but it’s hard for me to get myself to not go to the gym without feeling guilty most of the time.

2. Never being able to decide if I wanna be shredded or bigger and strong. When I’m leaner I miss being strong and when I’m bulking and a little heavier then I miss being lean. It’s hard for me to pick what goal I want to chase.

3. Feeling like my gym progress will be ruined by drinking alcohol. I like to go out with my friends once in a while but I always get very worried it’s going to cause me to gain fat, or affect my muscle growth.

4. Sometimes feeling too masculine. There are times when I feel to too muscular and wish I was lean and petite. Usually when I go out with my friends and put on dresses or other feminine clothing I feel like it doesn’t look right on me.
