Some of my favorite high protein meals. I probably eat at least one of these variations a day. I always start my mornings off with proats, they taste so so good and I can pack 40+ grams of protein in them. Oats are an excellent source of protein making it a great way to start my day or fuel up before a lift. Ground beef is another essential. It’s cheap, so easy to make, and is an excellence source of protein, great for muscle growth and recovery. When I’m cutting I try to opt for 10/90 fat, and when I’m bulking I don’t really care as much. Lastly I usually end every night with some sort of sweeter food. I love making a yogurt bowl and adding granola, fruit, chocolate chips, and honey.
