This post is not going to bash the company, community or anything surrounding Everyday Dose.

I actually really liked this mushroom coffee. I felt great drinking it and it didn’t taste bad. It actually tastes like a normal coffee would taste.

I was a subscriber for a few months. I really like the monthly gifts you get. I really like the glass vessel that holds all of the Everyday Dose coffee. So why did I quit?

Honestly, I really like this company and really don’t have much to complain about. I liked the benefits of the coffee a lot. The concept of mushroom coffee is actually really fascinating! I’ve learned a lot about mushrooms and their benefits. However, the flavor really lacked. In strength I felt like it was weaker than what a lot of brands of instant coffee offer. Not that it’s a terrible thing because I know many people that love a weaker brew than some.

The price point wasn’t necessarily terrible, but it wasn’t necessarily on the lines of affordability for me when I think about how many cups I get out of a packet. It’s around $38-$40 dollars and you can do it subscription based through their website or you can get it off Amazon. That was another thing that kept me from stopping the subscription was the accessibility to grab it if need be through Amazon.

To sum everything up; I didn’t find Every Day Dose to be for me. Just in strength of the coffee alone is what really made me consider backing out. I don’t want to have to keep adding more than recommended to meet the needs of how strong I like it. Plus it’s expensive and I’d rather save my money and continue buying cheaper store brands that I’ve had better experiences in.
