Help! Just Ate a Pound of Pecans

Hey Lemon8 fam, I need some urgent advice here. So, I just polished off a whole pound of cinnamon-covered pecans in one sitting. Yep, you read that right – a whole pound! Apparently, they're high in fat, and I've just realized it's recommended to only eat about 1 ounce a day.

btw i have a serious pecan problem. I did the math, and it turns out I've just consumed around 3600 calories worth of these delicious little devils. My stomach is protesting and my guilt is off the charts.

What's the best course of action here? Should I try to burn off those calories ASAP? Any remedies to ease the potential fallout from this nutty binge? Help me out,!
