GNO OR DATE NIGHT - Pizza @ Home

Sometimes it is so nice to just have a calm night in, and I couldn’t recommend a homemade pizza night more. It was one of the first times I’ve done this since I probably was a child, and a girlfriend and I had the most wholesome, chill night 🤍

We bought everything aside from the sauce which my friend made homemade from Trader Joe’s and it turned out amazing!

Ingredients:

Trader Joe's pizza dough (pre-made or in a bag)

Homemade sauce

Trader Joe's mozzarella ball

Olive oil

Flour (for dusting)

Basil

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the Trader Joe's pizza dough packaging (usually around 400-450 degrees

2. Prepare your clean countertop with flour.

3. Roll out the dough

4. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet

5. Spread pizza sauce with a spoon

6. Add cheese + any other toppings

7. Bake in oven for ~10 min or until crust is golden

8. Cool for a few min and then slice and serve
