Hey girl, if you wanna be a rich baddie you gotta learn how to BUDGET! Here’s an easy way to start organizing your finances 👉🏾

⭐️1) start by listing all sources of income, including salary, freelance work, or any other income streams.

⭐️2) compile a list of all expenses, categorizing them into fixed expenses (such as rent/mortgage, utilities, and insurance) and variable expenses (such as groceries, entertainment, and transportation)

⭐️3) With these numbers, you’re going to subtract your total expenses from total income to determine discretionary income(which is basically your leftover money).

⭐️4) You’ll put this money towards savings goals or debt repayment or fun stuff but the important thing is to make sure that you prioritize saving and paying off your debt first! If you’re debt free, you can start thinking about investing in an HSA or an IRA which I’ll explain in another post ☺️

⭐️5) You can track your spending and adjust the budget as needed to stay on track and achieve your financial goals through an excel spreadsheet or an easy to use app like Mint!
