Amazon gel polishes I won’t use

Over the past couple of years I’ve bought a lot of gel polishes. Here are some brands I don’t like and the reasons why.

Modelones- while they’re cheaper price point did stand out stand out to me at first I quickly realize they were not a good quality product. The consistency of the polish is not great with some of the polishes either being very runny or very thick. I also noticed that my nails chipped a lot more with this polish.

DND- Even though I do like the regular nail polish gel polish combo I found the darker colors of this brand don’t cure well no matter how thin of a coat you do. They also tend to be inconsistent with their color. The lighter colors tend to be patchy and not cover well.

Venalisa mud gels- I was super excited to get the mud set in the mail, and it disappointed me on all aspects. The polishes chip, they are inconsistent with their color and they don’t go on smooth they are very streaky when putting them on. While I do use them for lining certain designs just because I don’t wanna waste them. I would not recommend them as a full cover polish.

Venalisa uv painting gels- These polishes were simply a waste of money for me even with the lids on if they tip over, they spill everywhere. These polishes are unbelievably runny. Pair that with the fact that they chip and they don’t cover well was a complete bummer because they are so expensive.
