ugh what would you do?

This purse has been to war and back with me. Used it for many years and loved it. It was my go-to purse. I have had it for several years. It is a nice Kate Spade purse from years ago when Kate Spade was… Kate Spade. This purse is one of those things you just hold onto and don’t realize how crappy, worn out or old it actually looks. Uk?

I have a ton of other purses and ones that are much newer.
